Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. At Sara Kafetegia we want to be clear and honest: this website is an informational, static site, and that's why we keep cookie use to a minimum.
Does this website use cookies?
This website does not use first-party tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. We do not track you across the internet or build profiles. At most, cookies or technical storage that are strictly necessary for the page to work correctly might be used (for example, to remember whether you've already seen the welcome animation during your session). These technical cookies are exempt from the consent requirement, in line with the criteria of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Third-party cookies (only if you activate them)
On the Contact page we include a Google Maps map to help you find us. To protect your privacy and page-loading speed, that map does not load automatically: it only activates if you click on it. At that point, Google may set its own cookies, subject to Google's privacy policy. If you don't click to load the map, no third-party cookie is set.
Technical browser storage
To improve your experience, the website may use your browser's session storage (sessionStorage) for a purely technical purpose: to avoid showing you the welcome animation more than once per visit. This information stays on your device, is never sent to any server, and is deleted when you close the tab.
How can I manage or disable cookies?
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Here is the official help for the most common browsers:
Please note that disabling technical storage does not affect the site's information: you'll still be able to browse the menu, opening hours and directions as normal.
